    Yeah Okie and LineStretcher were with me, I told him that guys fly fish on the east side out of a boat since they cannot use the shoreline. He did not like that much because most of the lecture was about fly fishing and he has a guide service.....ooops my bad.....Jetspray

    I did that but decided to just make a rig up with an old pole end and a old reel. I carry it out there when I go, if we go deep it is ready to use, easy if you keep the fish in the net. I went to a seminar last year at Cabela's and talked to a couple of the professors giving the seminar about it, he told me that using the net is best because you can weigh it that way and release them without stressing them too much.     By the way the thermocline was at about 65' a lot of fish there.

    35' to 50' is where we targeted them we didn't fish deeper then 65' because any deeper the mortality rate goes way up without a descender.
