    From the looks of his gear . I would sat PB or PE's thats a small tackle box not much else would fit that maybe a couple of KM's or spinners but with 4 POLES !!!! He was definitely not throwing lures .
    Nothing makes a fish bigger than almost being caught...........

    Where were frustrations vented? My point is that they are going to break the law with or without a piece of paper. Revoking privileges to fish means absolutely nothing to a poacher.

    It doesnt stop all those homeless out there at woodbridge what a shame poaching fish for drug moneys!
