    Sounds like a good day to me. That’s enough to keep everyone interested.

    I actually don’t mind the smaller sardines. You can cut off the head and tail and fillet each side halfway. Makes it last a little longer when messing with shakers.

    Congrats on a fine day in February.

    Glad you got some action. Not sure which way you usually come from, but Freeport shops had them that size the last time I went through (been a while though).

    launched late sunday at Brannon. electronics fained because of a bad breaker panel so no info on water temp. fish my usual cut bait . caught many small stripers and 5 legals to 25". worth the trip for feb. went through alot of bait. bait is small anyone seen any sardines in 3s to a bag. theres 7 or 8 in the ones i have. rather fish with the larger ones. got off the water by 2pm.
